The Exeter based charity had continuous IT problems and were dissatisfied with the service provided by their IT consultants. They commissioned ThinkIT to develop a long-term IT solution for them, which would eventually enable their Exeter and Newton Abbot offices to be linked. In a total of three days work, ThinkIT transformed the charity’s IT infrastructure with new HP workstations for all staff, a small business network including a server with remote access to a Newton Abbot office and a long-term backup and anti-virus system.
